Expanding items on on mouseover

I’d like to create an expanding news strip on one of my sites using
something like the mousover expanding items, sample here:

A tutorial or worked example that I could follow/pick apart would be great.

That’s a great start, I was expecting to drool over code for a few evenings
to get that one sorted.

But I guess that is still to come, I’d like to format more carefully the “h2
headings” and “body” of the expansion.

Can you point me in the right direction on that too Š

Sorry, it’s not one I’ve used. There’s a bit of discussion on this
list about it somewhere though, or perhaps some experienced accordion
player can help out.
