I think Blocs is more up your alley. Or (when you’re more into Freeway7-and-up-stuff) Coffeecup Responsive Site Designer (supports both Foundation and Bootstrap frameworks), Responsive Foundation Framer or Responsive Bootstrap Builder might be your thing. All 4 are truly superb apps and worth every cent.
