[Express] constant contact sign up box

I am new to freeway express and do not understand html or other really big computer words that contain no vowels (and even some that do).
I want to add the constant contact newsletter sign-up box to one of my pages. They supply html code (Constant Contact : Login)

But I cannot figure out how to add html code into an html box for freeway that is made for regular readable sentences.

Can anyone help me with this?

I am not sure about Express but in Pro we would use

Insert>Markup Item and paste your code into the dialogue box that opens.

Once you have OK’d it you are left with a 100px square box which you can place on your page (and resize) where you want the signup to appear.
