[Express] Copying Freeway documents to other macs

Hi, my friend has set up a website for me on her mac using freeway 4 express and I now want to copy it to my mac so I can do my own updates. Is this possible and if so how? And will it work with the new version of Freeway Express?

If you goto File > Save Archive, this should collect all your files and resources. And yes it should work fine with the new version of express.
