[Express] Favicon action not showing up

I am trying to add add the favicon action to Freeway Express. It appears to have downloaded and been added to the program but does appear in the actions drop down menu. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Hi David,

Try this;

  1. Download the Action from http://www.freewayactions.com/product.php?id=005
  2. Locate the version for Express and drop this on the Freeway Express application icon
  3. Freeway will tell you that you are about to install Actions
  4. Click on the OK button
  5. In the application go to Edit > Actions and make sure the Action is listed and enabled (with the check box)

Now comes the fun part *
6. Open up your document and locate the page or master page you want to apply the FavIcon to
7. Select Page > Page Actions > FavIcon
8. If the Actions palette isn’t showing choose Window > Actions
9. Use the controls in the Actions palette to select your icon file(s)
10. Publish, upload and enjoy the FavIcon.

(Some browsers will only display FavIcons when the page is displayed on a server rather than locally so it is worth checking this online.)
