I just started using Freeway Express 5.6.3 to design my website. I’ve got 4 rollover buttons in the center of the page, below my header image. They’re exactly where I want them to be in Freeway. But when I use the preview in Safari, Firefox, and Chrome option; the buttons are all over to the far left of the page. The view html layout option shows them all in one area in the top left of the page. Any ideas about what might be causing this, and how I can fix it?
I didn’t use any of the provided templates. I just started from a blank page in Freeway.
They are graphics rollovers. I used .gif files that I created in Photoshop ( for the top, and bottom pieces of the rollovers ). I also created the header .gif image in Photoshop. I imported them just like it shows in the tutorials. The page is set up as 1024x768. Which is the standard most listed when I searched around the internet.
Hi Keith,
Looking at your screen grabs it looks like you’ve added the Classic Rock Graphics image as a page background and have aligned this to center over the browser width. The page alignment (set in the first tab of the Inspector palette) looks like it is set to either none or left. If you were to reduce the browser width down to the width of your Freeway page the rollovers and the background image should look like your Freeway page.
To remedy the issue set the page alignment to center or your background image to left.
Regards,
Tim.

Thanks Tim. That fixed it. This is the first time I’ve ever tried designing a website. Guess that’s just a stupid beginner’s mistake. I’ve been going back, and forth from the tutorials, to Freeway. Trying to learn as I go. Thanks for your help guys.
