On my home page www.lmit.co.za my orange box where you can subscribe to my newsletter seems to be aligned left, it has to be centre. i’ve tried everything to no avail, group, alignment etc… I can’t seem to make the box smaller either.
In the OP it says: “where you can subscribe to my newsletter seems to be aligned left, it has to be centre” the text box and email field. It all should be aligned in the centre. The box is to big as well, but can’t change it’s dimensions.
I mean the content within the orange box is all sitting on the left.
“eMail”
“Text Field”
“Submit Query”
is all alligned to the left inside the box, they should be in the centre and I can’t seem to centre them, no matter what I do.
Something else I noticed - you seem to have a transparent .png set as a background to these cells. You shouldn’t need anything like that as its height of 28px is causing the table to be taller than you need.
Also you can set the table to “height can shrink” in the inspector.
I have left a border on the table/cells so you can see its construction better. So a single column, 3 row table with the text, field and Submit button all inserted and aligned centre.
