[Express] Space between table rows

Hi. I’m trying to create an html email and therefore sticking to tables and html 3.2 (yuck). Having trouble getting rid of extra white space. Please take a look:

I’m trying to tighten the signature info up to the signature graphics. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try clicking on the checkbox Height can shrink
this should then get rid of any table row extra space
you can find it in the inspector palette second tab across (item output settings)
