Extra Background Action - do I need this?

Hello - I downloaded the Extra Background action to create a frame on my web pages. Then I started to wonder why exactly I need this action. What does it do specifically that I cannot do simply with a Page Background Image? Does this have something to do with a need for pages to expand vertically for some reason or another?

You don’t anymore … you can target any HTML-item (including body) with CSS. Just create a CSS-style, and apply it to your page.
