A client wants a form on his website and a button that when clicked reveals extra form fields on the same page and below the existing form, and only one Submit button for all fields. Is this possible? Would these extra fields work inside Transition FX for example?

Should do as long as the Action was applied to the page or to a table/div that encloses all the components.
