fading

Hi everyone,

thanks to the peeps that helped me the other day : )
I was just wondering how to fade pictures in to my page, in a sequence next to one another in a row and then make them stay there. (not disappear after a period of time, or start from the begining again). I have been trying to use the target show/hide action, the fade action and the transition effects thingy… I am probably being a dunce but I’d be really grateful if someone could explain it simply! : ) Hope it makes sense!

I don’t think so.

Apply the Transition FX Action to each image you want to fade in. Make
sure the Actions palette is showing.

Click the On Page Load and Initially Hidden check boxes. Leave the
effect set at Appear.

Now, for the first image, leave the Duration at 1 (second) and the
Delay at 0. For each subsequent image, increment the Delay by 1.

Experiment with the delay timings for different orders and so on.

That should do it.
