FAST menue

hi folks!
a few days ago i finished a homepage and it works fine - accept one error which - till now - only seems to appear on pcs.
i did the main-navigation with the navigation FAST pack and on (my) mac it works fine, but sometimes the pulldown menu (kontakt) doesnt work as it should (submenue doesn’t appear and if only for a second). could somebody help me - would be great!!
you can see the site under: http://www.playfield.at

thanks in advance + greeeez

I have seen this problem before on IE7 and it stems from the way that
your host is serving the page. It is really hosted here:

http://www.bigonecompany.com/playfield/index.html

but your host is using a frameset to display it on the domain:

I don’t have a fix or a workaround other than you getting your host to
change the way they serve the site but I will keep looking.

not sure if it’s the same problem but I was having a similar issue with some menus that used phplayersmenu (pre the CCS menus in Freeway) since upgrading to 5.2 the sub menus stopped working in IE6 - didn’t try other versions.
By changing the IE compatibility setting to normal (file/document setup/output) from IE6/IE7 the problem went away.

hi guys, thanks a lot for your tips. will try one after another (1st i’m gonna talk tomorrow with the host of the site if it’s possible to change the redirect to DNS or server side). i’ll also try the IE settings from david. hopefully one of the options will work.

i also tried a siteversion with spawn new window (simple html-page with a button. by clicking the button a window (in sitesize) pops up (think that’s outside the frame-redirection of the domain) contained in that is the whole site, but … (that’s my next thread

meanwhile a big thanks for your help …

sorry dave, to change the IE compatibility to “normal” didn’t work. with this setting the submenues do not work at all (they do not appear…). i use freeway 5.2.1 on a mac pro (testing on firefox, opera & safari)

hi Purity,
how did you manage to make those menus with the animation…?
and what about the rotation of the header ball?
i’ve changed my site: www.rayoservizi.it and i want to create a menu like yours.
