Feature Request from MacDraw

Intaglio is the closest thing I’ve seen to ClarisDraw/MacDraw. Thanks since I miss this program a bunch. While Intaglio has great improvements, it still lacks some of good old MacDraw basic features.

Most missed: • a gradient palate and an easy to use gradient tool (I struggle with the one in Intaglio).
• the ability to select multiple objects of the same type (like lines) and perform the same transformation on all at the same time (line increasing line length)
• REALLY MISSED - the ability to preset default fonts, line widths, etc. for new drawings.
• all the text stuff in one place!
• change arrow sizes
• the ability to edit patterns in the pattern pallet.
Enough for now. Good luck with V 3.0.

I agree with all your points. I especially miss the “select all, change once” feature from ClarisDraw for resizing objects, however, I love the way Intaglio gives me a sightline for aligning objects on the fly. Nice touch.

I haven’t been able to successfully use the gradient/fill tools, either, so I greatly miss the gradient palette from ClarisDraw.

All-in-all, though, a solid program.

I’ll add another - how about being able to change a non-radius corner object to a radius-corner object?
I could do that in ClarisDraw - what’s more, I could set the radius dimension as well. I cannot do either in Intaglio.
