File not found?

I created the new user account with new username and freeway seems to give such a hard times with folder rights “You do not have sufficient priviledges” etc. after changing all the ownerships for the files, one of the freeway document started to claim: “Cannot publish the site, because file not found”. Normally it displays the dialog box with possibility to locate the file, but now it just does not give any way to proceed ?!

I tried with force republish but different ways of previews, but…?

Here is couple of screenshots about the issue:

I took the freeway folders back to old user-account, and succesfully made the errorious situation undone, but still if there is a reason/solution for the problem I described, it might be helpfull in some future situation.

Long ago, when IE roamed the Mac, I used to get an error like this if
I had left a page of over 32K total size open in that much-unloved
browser (from Preview in Browser mode) and tried to publish over it.

Also, as James Wages has pointed out in another thread, sometimes it’s
just time to restart your Mac. (At least monthly, if you remember.)
