Filename search replace

Does anyone know how to include filenames as part of a search replace?

I have a document of over 100 pages with filenameYYYY.html and need the word filename replaced on all of them. Ideally it would be as easy as a search replace in the actual document text.

Thanks

Are these filenames within a link to that file, or just in text on the page? If the former, use the Edit / URLs dialog to access all links in your document.

Thanks Walter, sadly they’re titled pages.

So each page in the inspector needs to be changed manually at present… very annoying!
