Filezilla can't see the site folder

It is asking to navigate to the directory that is to be used for uploading, but it cannot see into the package. Not sure how to proceed

The “Uploading a site” section in the first chapter of the Xway User Guide has some instructions for uploading a site with Cyberduck. Step 5 should also apply to FileZilla:

  1. Now drag one of the files from the Site folder in the Finder to the file dialog in Cyberduck [or FileZilla]. This will cause the Site folder to be displayed in the Cyberduck [or FileZilla] file dialog.
