Filling Out an Information Form

On our site, we would like people to fill out a short form about themselves, possibly before they download something.

Is there an easy way to do that? For we’re selling educational books and we will have sample units for them to download, but we would like to know what school they are from and other info.

Also, (not as important) but is there a way to “force” them to fill out the form before they download?

I’m not a coder, so the easier the better, please.

The PHP easiForm actions willdo this for you, if you run through the
tutorial you will find it very easy to use:
http://www.easibase.com/freeway/freeway_form.php

No need to code, the actions will do that for you.
