Fixed size browser windows

I am using Pro version 4.4.2. I can’t figure out how to make a new browser window open in a fixed size. I have put my link with a target of _blank and I have a page which is 450 px x 500 px (its a wine list made up of a html table) which I would like to open a new browser window at that size. Is this possible?

Use the Spawn New Window action to do this. It allows you to set all
sorts of parameters on the child page, including the dimensions. If
you don’t have that Action included in your copy of Pro, simply
download it from the Softpress KnowledgeBase.

Thank you, I have tried it and it works great for all but one of the things I am trying to do. Just one of the pop ups is in my main navigation links, this already has an action applied (I have removed the underlines from the links). I may have to do a small redesign on it if there is no workaround. I can talk my client in to it if I have to.

You can use SNW to insert a text link if your original link in your
navigation is HTML text. Click inside the text container (table cell
or DIV, depending on your design) and use Insert > Action Item >
Spawn New Window from the main menu. That will get you a text-only
version of the SNW trigger. In the Actions palette, you will see a
text input where you enter the link text that you want to see. Then
delete your existing link, it’s going to be replaced by the link
generated by SNW. The fact that you applied a remove underlines
action to the container should not be affected by this, it should all
just work.

Hello Walter, Thanks yet again. It has worked but my link now has an underline. I had removed them with Text Link Style. Any way around this? Cheers

Hi Walter, I forgot to mention its the suppliers link. May I put you on the blogroll of my main site with a quick note of thanks for your input? https://blog.skopelosholidays.com I have been reading through the forum and some of your answers to other people have solved some of my problems. Okay, where should I look? The navigation at the bottom of the page
appears to all have no underline. Where did you use the Action to
insert a link to a popup window?

The suppliers link looks the same as all the other links from here,
in Safari and Firefox. As to the blogroll, go ahead, but I don’t have
a blog (gasp, horror!).

No blog… (drum roll) If you ever feel the urge I can have you one up and running on my server in under 5 mins by way of thanks. You are correct, the suppliers link is the same at the moment because once I had taken your advice it worked perfectly all bar that one link became underlined.
