Frames revisited

I have created pages with google sites and want to have a nav bar from my regular site sit on top

I have created a page as http://jameslickptsa.org/chris.html
with the bottom part pointing to chris.jameslickptsa.org

when I use the nav bar on top it show the “new” pages in the top frame - I would lick to “escape” http://jameslickptsa.org/chris.html and just go back to normal viewing

Any suggestions?

Hi Scott,
Simply add a target to your link and specify _top as the value. When
clicked the links will open in the top most frame (the browser window)
and will overwrite your frames.
For example your link would look something like this;
my link
Regards,
Tim.
