Freeway 5 Express Does not like serial no.

I just purchased Freeway 5 Express yesterday online. After the transaction, they sent me serial no. and a link to download the new software.

After installing the software to the Applications folder, I ran Freeway 5 Express and it prompted for a serial no. along the personalization stuff. I entered the serial no. and it comes back with “Invalid Serial No.” So I enter it manually (not cutting and pasting), same thing.

I then go to Softpress’s website and try to Register the serial no. I also get a error message saying it seems it is not a valid Freeway serial no.

I reported this to the Softpress sales office…sure am glad I had nothing due this weekend…

Is this a standard issue with Softpress and Freeway or am I just lucky?

I think its just an unlucky turn of events Steve…there are a few
Softpress support staff on this forum over weekends, maybe they can
help you sooner than Monday.

The Softpress folks are the best however so this is not something you
should typically see. Hope that softens the disappointment a bit.

Great customer support!

Well I have to say, as I finished writing this, bingo, in my email box was a message from the SoftPress sales team apologizing for the system as it generated a wrong serial no.

Thanks guys for getting back to me with in 24 hours. That is fantastic and I really appreciate it!

Why can’t ALL Customer Support be like SoftPress. Well done.
