Is there an easy way to automatically generate navigation links to all your pages on each page like there was in iWeb?
… but instead of iWeb using Freeway Pro?

this is a double post isn’t it?
Not that I have heard of. The typical way working in freeway is to set up the css-menu on a master page, link to the existing pages (manually) and all the child-pages that is based on that master do have those settings automagically. This is nearly the same than working in QuarkXPress or InDesign. But those entries do not affect to create a new instance of a page (which probably the iWeb way was).
I never worked with iWeb, just heard of it as a tricky, easy to use tool - but it is as far as I remember a “template based” tool which is making a automatic process much more easier than in the “world of total freedom” which Freeway’s benefits (under a few more 
are.
So really - the best you can do is, or what I try to do if I am on new stuff, not to compare too much with the “known” and reset to the new world (including its supposed weakness).
