Freeway crashes when importing graphics

Freeway 5 was working great until recently it started crashing whenever I try and import or drag and drop graphics into it. I’ve tried using freeway four and it doesn’t have the same problem. I can’t find anyone else on the net having similar problems and was wandering if there was a solution?

I have a hunch it might have something to do with preferences or something but that’s all I have to go on…

Are these graphics stored in the Freeway site’s media file? If not, try putting them in there, then drag into the graphic box.

You can also send the site folder to Softpress support and they’ll take a look. They usually respond within a few hours.
