They might be better than the Softpress, I don’t know. If I’m building a commercial/business site I prefer to design my own template. It is much faster to develop a new site in FW than other web apps and therefore I’ve never needed a canned template. I have created my own scratch templates in Photoshop and FW based on the 960 px grid and have some basic box model templates that I pull to quickly get a new site going.
