ftp a html portfolio usig freeway?

I am trying to upload some html portfolios from Iview Media Pro (now Microsoft Media Expressions). When I used Dreamweaver, I just selected the files I wanted to upload. Is this possible with Freeway or do I need a separate FTP program. As you can tell I’m a bit rusty on how to do this and would like to make it as easy as possible.

FW is not the option here - a true FTP application - Cyberduck is
free and is a good choice. Transmit is another choice - though it
does cost some dosh - but I use it and prefer it to Cyberduck.

You can use the Upload Stuff page action that will either upload to your Resources folder or to the html location but it will only upload individual files not folders of stuff though you can do 10 at one go. But I suspect that will not be enough for your needs.

I also use Transmit - worth every penny especially if you are working with multiple sites.
