FW5 - Why Blogger not WordPress?

Have been mulling adding a blog to my site for some time. I m constantly seeing that WP comes up trumps against Blogger.

So why the added functionality for Blogger not WP in FW5?
Can we also use WP on the same basis without too much trouble?

I think it may have something to do with Wordpress working in a PHP format, while Freeway handles mostly HTML. Just an idea.
