I’ve interacted with it once or twice. It seems to be popular with the
Rails crowd, I see it pop up on the sides of a lot of sites I see.

I have used it quite a bit. Seems to work out well when it works as there are times when you visit there and get the 404 page when it’s busy. Pricing is kind of high for what it does, however I haven’t seen an alternative to it.

I’ve interacted with it from the consumers perspective, and in my opinion, it was a crummy experience and could give the wrong impression. It’s obviously not hosted by whatever vendor is using it so it gives the impression the vendor is too small and understaffed to handle customer service, or has no clue about the value of their internet presence if the cannot even host a support blog.
