Getting rid of my last Freeway Pro client

I’m looking for a FWP user to take one of my clients.

I built a smallish (~20 pages) static site for them way back when using FWP5, it was one of the last FWP sites I built. The client is a part-time FWP user and will from time to time make minor content-only updates to the site then send me the updated FW file. They would like to upgrade to FW7 and possibly make the site responsive.

This is a very low maintenance client, they haven’t needed much work in the past few years and I have no interest in continuing on with them so I would like to recommend an experienced FWP user to take the reigns. The client is on the U.S. east coast. Although the site is functionally basic its construction method is not for the faint-of-heart, meaning it’s inline and uses only a bare minimum of Actions to help clean-up the code.

Quite a bit of the CSS is hand-coded and added via the Extended dialog so most of the styling is not immediately obvious in the Styles palette, and you will have very little visual feedback in FW’s working view, if that matters to you. Basically the construction is way beyond what the client can suss out so my job is mainly small layout adjustments, not content. In short you should probably be somewhat literate in CSS. As far as I know the client has no plans to add anything new, e.g., a blog, CMS etc.

If interested send me a link to your portfolio (off-list) by the end of next week. I will pre-screen the applicants and forward all qualified people to the client who will make the final decision.

In case anyone else is considering applying for this job the client decided to drop Freeway in favor of RapidWeaver.

They will be handling everything themselves. Job closed.
