Good evening,

I am sorry to trouble you guys about something probably a head slap DOH.

I have opened up PSD and opened .jpegs took out the background and saved as .gif (using the default settings that auto pop up)
( I did not do it through the save for web / devices since last time I did my client got a black background when opening it up in paintshop pro. )

I also zipped the .gifs and uploaded to my Idisk and sent him the link.

now he opens them up in paintshop pro and is getting a white background. does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do so that his .gif files are transparent?

ps I also am having some wacky problems w my mbp that I am unsure if causing a weird save also.

Give you client the .psd files - according to Corel’s web site you can import psd files into PS Pro.
