git difftool

I’m using Kaleidoscope http://www.kaleidoscopeapp.com as my primary ‘git difftool’. Everything was working fine until I quit and reopened Kaleidoscope, now when I run the command,

git difftool -- css/global.css

I get this,

The tool 'git' can't be found. Is it spelled correctly?

Not sure what that means, nothing has changed with Git or Kaleidoscope which is still set as the primary difftool.

I updated Kaleidoscope and now it’s working again.

By the way, for anyone who needs to compare text files, folders or images Kaleidoscope http://www.kaleidoscopeapp.com is an outstanding tool.
