Go to specific place on page

I have a page with several tutorials on it and would like to link to each one specifically on my blog. Is there a way to do this?

If you create an Anchor at each place on the page where you would
like to be able to link, then you can simply enter <http://
yourserver.com/yourpage.html#yourAnchorName> as the URL in your blog.
When the page loads, it will zip down to show the selected anchor at
the top of the window.
