Just a note, particularly for those of you who use images that are also required for print.
In FW5 Beta (and maybe FP4), when setting a shadow to an image, this does not behave properly for original images of 300 ppi resolution. For instance the shadow will not reflect the round corner option and shadow width will change with re-scaling of the image within its container. You get a square cornered shadow of variable spread.
The solution is, however, simple. Change the resolution of your original image to 72 ppi and all is then OK.
I’ve reported this as a bug, but thought others might be interested, (unless, by chance, it’s already been fixed for next week’s FW5 release). It might save some of you the head scratching that’s considerably increased my bald patch!
