Graphic to actually download file

I’m not having much success trying to a get a graphic to trigger a
download rather than to play an MP3 file.

Any suggestions please …

Best wishes Peter

You will need to convince the browser that it doesn’t know what to do with the MP3 file type. That’s just how browsers work – if you link to a file, the browser will either handle it itself, or hand off to a registered “helper” application for that file type. The trick is to send a MIME type of application/binary or some other thing the browser can’t handle. That will force a download. Tim Plumb has an Action to do this: ActionsForge - The Complete Repository of Freeway Actions
