New to forum and looking for some help.

I am using Freeway Pro 4.0 and I have been having difficulty importing graphics to my pages. I have been using it successfully for several years and now when I drag and drop or import through the menu I get a gif object but it’s empty. No image. I was dragging from iphoto but I tried a photo from the desktop with no luck. This has been going on for some time now. Are there specs for images for them to work in freeway?

I always use TIFF formatted images and then let Freeway output them as JPG’s or GIF’s for use online. I find I get better quality and file-size when I let Freeway do the work. It’s been a while since I’ve been in 4, but try converting the file in Preview to a TIFF and try importing it again.

You could always import it as a Pass-Through if your edits were already done to it and that could work.

Ryan, try dragging into the FW site’s media file first. Then create a graphic box and drag from that file.

Thanks all. I actually misstyped my original post. I am in Freeway 3. I’ll try all the suggestions and see what happens.
