Heather, do you mean Photoshop Elements? Or, do you really mean
Photoshop, because I’ll bet if Hugh has been hanging onto ImageStyler,
which was about a $50 application, he’s definitely not going to want
to fork over $600+ for Photoshop. Maybe $90 for Photoshop Elements,
though.
Seriously, though, Hugh, look at Art Text. It does all that with the
buttons and the text and the images, and it’s $40.
No, I don’t get anything from them, but as a former ImageStyler user,
I think this is very similar, but better!

Photoshop has tons of prebuilt styles that include embossing, drop
shadows, glows, etc, which are all completely editable. You can
create and export web-ready graphics from PS.
Hugh, give PS a look-see. I’m sure you’ll be impressed with what you
can see there. And then you can begin the road to kissing Classic
goodbye.
