HI,
Down for me too. Just got a phone call from an annoyed client. I think he’s going to pull his site from me because of this - he wasn’t happy about the outage for the server upgrade late last year.
I am getting internal server error messages this morning, as well as directory listings IN THE BROWSER which isn’t very good at all. Clearly the server is very, very broken.
Down for me also. Over 10 hours now. Clients going crazy. Has anybody heard from James. I tried sending him an email, but it bounced back as undeliverable.
Richard, how does one even access the cPanel? All I ever wind up in is something called clientexec, which primarily deals with billing and provides little information.
Hi All,
Has anyone else noticed if their website is down, if hosted by HaveHost? I can’t get my email or access my control panel.
The Control Panel is taking a V–E–R–Y LONG time to come up, just under
100 seconds!!!

Yes, but again, where do you even go to access the cPanel?

Hi Peter.
You should have been given an address when you took out the contract with Have Host: It will look like this: http://www.yoursite.com:2082/frontend/HH/index.html
Unfortunately mine is also down so I can’t give you a working link.
Hi, Dick. That was me (Laura) asking. I must have lost that cPanel message moons ago when I originally enrolled with Have-Host. But now that I try it, the log-in just spins and spins and goes nowhere. Sigh.

Well I get to it like this:
http://www.websitename.co.uk/cpanel
You’ll then have to login with your username and password.

James never mentioned that way to get in, I have been waiting over 4 hours for a reply from the new miracle support site - into which I had to re-register…mmm
See the latest reply I’ve had from James on this: ‘Hi Dick! It looks like the custom cPanel page I had created is missing and so if you could try accessing your cpanel by not using a bookmark and just going to yourdomain.extension/cpanel and going in that way… and then let me know… Thanks!’
