Help me show off my mp3's

Hey guys

I have been using FW5 for about a month or so and I love it!

I make music and want to show it off to the world. I upload all of my mp3s on many different googlepages accounts.

Can you take a look at my page and tell me if there is a better way to show off my mp3s?

F-sw.com

I am currently using this code to display the player (works in mozilla) using “Insert Markup Item”.

embed src="http://productionse.googlepages.com/68Trapped.mp3
" width=“189” height=“16”
loop=“False” autoplay=“True” controller=“True” volume=“100%”
pluginspage="QuickTime Player User Guide for Mac - Apple Support

The problem is this method can get quite exhausting. Each beat has its own page. And when I want to add beats, I believe I am going to have to change the markup code on each page. Help a beginner out please!

Thanks
Gabe

Freeway can create a player for you, without any effort at all. Draw
an HTML box the size you want your player to be, and import the MP3
file into it.

That’s it, no step 3, or even 2.

Thats for the advice, that is what I was thinking in the first place, however I will try to explain the problem a little more detailed. Look at my new page.

http://e1beats.f-sw.com/beatlist.html

Click on each hyperlink. In Safari, it takes you to a page and plays the Mp3 in Quicktime. Mozilla, it asks you to download or play in iTunes. I DO NOT want this behavior.

What I would prefer is if each link launched a small popup window that contained the Quicktime player. If you click on a different link, the mp3 launches in that same window. Can anybody lend a helping hand?

Have a look in the KnowledgeBase. There’s an action that should help called something like QuickTime mp3 – it will force the mp3 to be handled by QuickTime.
