Help needed with rollover

Just working on a new project and recently switched from Netobjects tot Freeway.
Building the structure using the CSS box model. Now working on the next layers adding interactivity by using a simpel rollover (“trainingroom”) to move to an external site.

I can’t get the rollover to work (on the CSS box model site). What I’m doing wrong?

BTW, on some pages there is a missing / faulty arrow ( for the nav-bar supposedly)m it has: à à à Ingredienten à à à

Otherwise the site looks pretty!
