Hello,
I’m new to the forum but have been using Freeway 5.5 for a couple years now.
I’ve created web forms in the past without any trouble but the site I’m working now always goes to the Error page and doesn’t send the email (http://www.rfmunroe.org/enroll.php).
I’ve been following the instructions from this youtube link (Easy Feedback Forms - YouTube) but simply can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.
Can some one please help? My only guess is that maybe the web host is blocking the sending of the email some how?
I just noticed the message submitted before mine was on forms too. Whoops! but I checked over what was discussed there and still can’t get it to send through unfortunately…

Have you got your success and error pages correctly configured?
Set an error page for each possible error as I outlined in that other post. That will help determine what sort of error is being generated. Examples of error pages
You do appreciate that your contact page does NOT have to be suffixed with .php to work. If you do that then you cannot preview the page locally - only on the server.
I havn’t had a chance to test the error pages but I think the issue lies with the host provider. I loaded the exact same pages to another site I run with a different host and the forms sent to the email address perfectly. Would this mean the host site doesn’t play nice with PHP? I wrote them specifically on about what I discovered and this is the helpful info they sent back…
"Dear Steven,
I’m afraid that we couldn’t resolve this php issue since your website is currently on Windows environment instead a Linux environment.
And as it is on a shared hosting server, we couldn’t investigate it further. We apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you.
Basically that means that your site isn’t running ‘proper’ PHP
Why not change the hosting to a Linux/Unix server - they should be able to do that for you with ease. Might cost a few $ but it should only be a token amount.
If they wont do it then go somewhere else - hosting is cheap.
If problems won’t go away (I had them often with Freeway) try Coffeecup Web Form Builder. Works like a dream. Easy to implement with Markup code.
