Help!
I need an assist with creating a very simple contact form.
I am bewildered with trying to get it working… and I need it in a few days time!

If I listed the fields I want, could some experienced person knock a page up for me and send it to me?

Using FW5 pro and the php page action.

Obviously I’d pay for the job via paypal
