Hi Justin,
I suspect your client has JavaScript switched off. Try turning it off yourself and reload the page and you’ll notice that the main content won’t load. Remove the fade effect on the content and you should be set.

Ideally the action that controls this should write in a noscript block in the head with CSS styles that override the default styles that initially hide the panels.
Regards,
Tim.

Yes, Netrenderer (Moved) shows only menus for Internet Explorer 7 and 8. In Internet Explorer 6 it’s worse — there’s no content at all, not even menus …

Thanks Tim - but I just tried on IE and all the other pages work fine with the fade - just not that page? Javascript is on.

Thanks

Hi Justin,

It looks like there are multiple prototype and scriptaculous libraries being added to that page which could be caused by a conflict between Actions. What version of Freeway are you using? Are you using the latest version of the Protaculous or Scripty Lightbox Actions?

I’ve had to remove the effects as the client wanted this working asap…

I was using target show/hide layer with the sequence timer actions?

There was something in there called lightwindow.js too. I’m not sure what that is (I giessed at ScriptyLighbox).
