Start with a new document in HTML 4 or higher, with the CSS Positioning button on. Draw an HTML box for your header, and in the inspector change the Position picker to “fixed on window”. Add a background color and other style. Draw child elements over the top of it to hold graphics or text. Draw other HTML boxes for the rest of your content, and preview in Freeway or a browser.
