I haven’t tried this directly in fonts, but I many other parts of Freeway work this way, so I have a fair amount of confidence that it should work. In your document, go to the Edit / Font Sets dialog. Locate the font you are trying to replace. Click once on it so it is selected, and then press the [ - ] (delete) button. You should get a dialog asking you to choose a replacement (that’s the way colors and named styles work). Your choice here should ripple through the entire document.
