How to do this kind of background?

Just joined =)
How do I create this kind of large floating background in Freeway Pro? Any links, & specs are appreciated.

The background is a single image bigger than the viewable window area. In Freeway that would be the background of your site. All the rest of your content would be an the “page” area in Freeway.
