How to make Target Image frame scroll with page

Hi

I’d like to have the central Target Image frame containing the images to
move down as a the page is scrolled at the moment it I static but I cannot
remember how it’s done, example here:

Is this an example of what you want or where you’re at?

I think that you may be referring to setting your image/layer positioning as fixed in Window as opposed to Absolute - Item inspector 1st Tab

Exactly** what I’d like.

Tried your suggestion and that gets part of the way there.
Well, almost what I had in mind. But I really wanted the frame scroll up until it hits the edge of the browser window, then goes no further “continuously kissing to edge of the browser window”.

That is different because Fixed in Window makes the item keep it’s original potion on th ‘page’ ie if it 30px from the top then it will stay 30px from the top

BTW I don’t think it works in Safari mobile
