Good morning,

I have a store on a clients site - it has now disappeared. THe store developers gave me the following reason it is not working - and btw it has been working up to this point.

I need your help gentlemen and ladies. .

where do i find that code to remove it? also then what do I do for the full background?

Hi Julie,

This issue is caused by the following HTML code of your site:

This code adds a background image to your site. This image overlaps your store, so it works, but you don’t see it.

How to fix the issue:

  1. Remove this line from your site.
  2. If you want to add a background to your site, use the other way to do it.
    For example use the following CSS code:

body {
background-image:url(Resources/camfade1.gif);
}

the shopping bag is there but the store and catalog is not there.

This was fixed - I had to delete the page and redo it -
it must have been in the stores update that threw things off.
