HTML text block question...

I’m a little confused about this. In FW is it possible to place a large amount of text in an html box, and not have it lengthen the page… by adjusting the height settings from the bottom of the page as opposed the the height of the box itself? I’m trying to set up a footer and keep the text a set amount above. I’ve looked at the tutorial for setting up a footer… but the text keeps overlapping the box. Hmmm…

Here’s an example of a footer that moves down when the text is made larger. Is this what you mean?
