html text moving about on breakpoints

Hi,

I don’t know if anybody else has encountered this problem.

I’m adding text to a page with four breakpoints.

default - 960 wide
tablet 768
iphone landscape 480
iphone 320

each html box is set to 100%

whne i edit or add a new photo or text to a page all the text boxes jump to the top of the page on the all the breakpoints. so i have to move all the html boxes back into the original postitions.

It even happens if i lock each html box.

each page is html 5 and reinforce layout is checked.

Any ideas why this might be happening and is there a workaround, as it is becoming time consuming.

thanks

Peter

Hi Peter

Can you provide a link to an example so we can get a better look?

Yep, by all means send me the file and I’ll take a look. Best way to save is to go to File> Save Archive… then zip it up and send it over. You can find my email address on my site or on my profile.

Wrong. #Item1 for example, which is the image left on the index-page has a fixed-width defined. On the Art page, all images do have defined widths as well. This all may cause “irritations”.
