# i Frames and albums

I have read here and there that iFrames can be a bad choice. I have built albums, using Simple Viewer or Banana Album and these have been uploaded to a folder in my public file on my server. (I use Jalbum to do this [http://jalbum.net/](http://jalbum.net/)) I then make an iFrame and name the URL of the file and all works well although a tad slow to load. I could just link to the file without the iFrame but would loose my navigation/logo etc.
Is there an alternative to iFrames for this since I have all the albums on my hard disc?. They both happen to be Flash albums but Jalbum offers non flash options I could use) Does this cause extra grief and should I look at non Flash albums for an easier life (and visibility on iPhones and no javascript etc)
