I need to upload an HTML verification code I received from Google. Google wants me to upload it to my site. How do I do this?

Any FTP application can do this. You simply add this file they gave
you into the same folder on your server as the index.html file.

Yes. Just use the same credentials you use in Freeway when setting up
the Upload dialog.

What were the exact instructions - quite often Google ask you to include code in the HTML of your page.

You can upload a html file with exactly the name Google provided you with. This file does not have to contain anything, but just needs to have that name. The name looks like for example googled226ff52b74a3d3b.html (this is my code so don’t use exactly this one).

You can also add a meta tag to your Freeway Pro pages with name google-site-verification and in the value field fill in the long code Google provided you with. This way you don’t have to generate a html file yourself and upload this.

The way I described Freeway does it for you.
