IE Test needed

Could one or more of you fine people please test this form in various flavors of IE? Visit it in Safari first, where it works, and see if the little automatic update thing works when you change the picker selection in IE. Frankly, see if there are even any options in the picker at all on IE.

Thanks Caleb and Dave, I knew there was a reason why you still have to build up a select tag one input at a time. Inserting the guts with JavaScript using insert() or update() only works in newer browsers.

If you look again, it should be working in IE8 on the lower of the two pickers.

Picker foo bar bad but nothing happens when selected. IE 8 on windows 7 enterprise.
